Shredded

vanity
vanity in the torn pieces
watching, reading every word you see
trying to apprehend
what it could possibly mean
the pride is unstinting
the discovery undaunting
but, sometimes,
the discovery are not applauded
so, sometimes,
it's better not to rearrange the shreds
for the redone may mean only dreads
like a ghost of the shadow
it might only harm your steps
See,
people aren't always what you except
neither are rules always what you accept
for the thought knows no bounds
pouring, trickling the mind's sounds
and it was unintentional probably or not
but the mistake was in rearranging the plot
forgive me if it aches your heart
disregard what you see, it wasn't my fault.

These aren't just words I've said
what the puzzle on the table has laid
for, such is life, just a gamble
and sometimes,
it's better to keep it scrambled
